Our Strategy
In 2024, Oaktree worked behind the scenes — restructuring, researching, collaborating, planning, and strategising to refine our mission: ensuring all young people have the opportunity to transform their local communities to build an equitable, just and sustainable world.
Underpinning this mission is an enhanced vision of how Oaktree will incorporate decolonisation, solidarity, sustainability, learning and unlearning into its work — whether locally, or abroad.
