 Speak with your Assistant State Director

Your ASD has a good understanding of the difficult goals we can set for ourselves at Oaktree and they’re here to listen to your successes,  challenges and discuss tangible actions to move forward.

Visit a local Headspace centre or eheadspace.

The national youth mental health foundation supports young people aged 12 to 25 on issues including depression, anxiety, stress, balancing work and study, alcohol and drug use and personal or family relationship issues.

  • Explore advice on helping others, seeking support and recognising stress. Millions of young people in Australia are living with Anxiety or Depression. YouthBeyondBlue has a great platform to learn more.

  • Follow: Black Dog Institute. From personal stories to fact sheets and research into
